TitleArticles of agreement between Cornelius Davies of Crab Hall in the parish of Marloes and Ann his wife on the one hand and John Davies of the same place, their eldest son, on the other. Cornelius assigns to John the lease for lives on Crabhole (Crab Hall) and Bothams in Marloes parish, together with the corn wind mill on Crabhole,which he inherited from his own father Gilbert Davies. The original lease was granted by the Honourable Thomas Cornwallis to Gilbert Davies on 18th October 1725. John promises to look after his mother and father
