| Description | Mr Steele Morgan was a native of Carmarthenshire and was very interested in the first instance in his genealogy. This interest in his own genealogy. This interest widened into a general interest in genealogy and history in West Wales. The files and papers listed below represent the results of this work, and consist of correspondence, notes, copies of pedigrees, photocopies and newspaper cuttings, collected mainly between the years 1940 and 1978. The files seem to fall into 2 catagories: firstly those concerned with particular subjects e. g. the Pedder family; and secondly those containing letters from a particular correspondent and probably ranging over a considerable number of subjects |
