The public house called the Talbot in St Mary's Street in the parish of St Peter Carmarthen
Attached to the assignment is a copy of a letter from Thomas Beynon at Llandeilo to a certain Councillor Phillips of Carmarthen.  Thomas was the agent of "Mr Vaughan" of Golden Grove, the owner of the Talbot, who is quite satisfied that Henry Bevan is a fit and proper person to succeed David Lewis in the Talbot</dc:description>
