  <dc:description>This collection was passed to the depositor by his mother in law who was given it by a Mrs Chalke of Porthcawl.  She died in 1975 aged about 85.  Her husband (who predeceased her) was a Dr Richard Chalke (Phd not medical).  Her father had been Reverend Philip Jones.  The family was known to have Pembrokeshire connections.  Reverend Philip Jones was known to be a close friend of Lloyd George and Mrs Chalke remembered going to Downing Street as a young woman with her father a number of times</dc:description>
