William Hussey to have the south half of the South Wharehouse and the land as far as the highway also one sixth of a share in the Old North Wharf and also our right in the Gardners North Beach Dhare in Sherborn bought from Obadiah Gardner
Joseph Nichols to have the whole of the North Wharehouse near the New North Wharf standing on the Nineteenth NorthBeech Share and the land in that share bought from Tristam Starbuck, Edward Starbuck and the heirs of Joseph Starbuck
