| Description | The donor of this collection was the staff photographer for the 'County Echo' at one time. Some of the photographs were taken by him in his capacity as the staff photographer. Others appear to be studio portraits or family photographs. The remaining photographs were submitted by freelance photographers or circulated for the purposes of marketing and public relations. A few of the photographs have details of where, when and by whom the photograph was taken, but the majority do not have any information attached to them. The photographs have been roughly sorted into categories, including whether they are in black-&-white or colour, but they have not been listed in detail. Some of the photographs require conservation work as they are stuck together with a variety of adhesives. |
