The Will also refers to the misconduct of his nephew George Roch, the honesty and integrity of Olcher Fedden and "I hope and trust that my executor Mr Olcher Fedden will not let any of my near relations have access to this will as I well know (from their conduct towards me) they will endeavour to rob her of her property also".
