2 To his son Edward, one sixth of a share of land on Nantucket called Pikes Share with provision for a possible posthumous child and also his interest in the twenty second lot or share of land lately laid out in Wesco field, also one share of the Old Wharf, and if he pays any debts the share of the "try" house owned with Zepheniah Coffin
3 To his son Joseph one eighth part of a share of land on Nantucket
4 To his son Samuel one eight part of a share of land on Nantucket provided he pays his sister Ann Pinkham £13-6s-8d within four years
5 To his grand daughter Ann Starbuck three cows commons on Nantucket in Pikes Share with reversion to his son
6 To his daughter Hephizibar Hussey 6s. only because she had had her portion of the estate
7 To his daughters Abigail Hussey, Mary Coffin, Ann Pinkham and Dinah Starbuck the residue of his personal estate
8 To his daughter Elizabeth Coffin the priviledge for 1 cow or other neat beast to be and Feed upon the commons of Nantucket for ever
9 To his daughter Ann Pinkham the priviledge for 1 cow or other neat beast as above also his half share in the North Wharf, also £13-6s-8d
10 To his daughter Dinah Starbuck all his right title and interest in the Island of Nantucket, the priviledge for 1 cow as above with reversion to his sons
His three sons to be residuary legatees and joint executors
