Description1 A piece or tract of land in Sherborn towards the west part of the Town part of the Starbucks Lot called the Old Lot bounded on the south by land of Gayer Starbuck, west by Samuel Starbuck, north by Samuel Bunker, east by Samuel Starbuck, containing 125 rods and including the watering place called the Old Spring, Samuel Starbuck to retain the use of the highway through the land, and free access to the spring if necessary

2 A tract of land near the Lily Pond bounded on south west by Enoch Gardner, north by Thomas Gardner, east Samuel Starbuck containing 125 rods and retaining the use of the highway
