TitleCopy agreement to reunite "joyn and Heave together" properties divided by a deed of 17 March 1718 (book 2 folio 132).
DescriptionPremises: three lots in Wesco field laid out to Pick Coleman and Rolph or Greenleafe now found to be incommodious and inconvenient.
New division: a lane 1 rod wide on the south side of the east end from the street to the east end. Another lane from the same main road to the west end of the lots on the north side. Nathaniel Coffin and his partner Nathaniel Starbuck to have their share at the east end and stretching westwards. 8 rods and 2 feet on the south side and 6 rods and 6 feet on the north side. Next to them James Coffin junior stretching westward on the south side and 47 1/2 feet on the west side then John Coleman's share extends westward 47 1/2 feet on either side
then the share of Richard Gardner, Ebenezer Gardner and the heirs of Paleg Gardner, Nathaniel Gardner, Andrew Gardner and Able Gardner, Abigail Fitch and Jemina Coffin, as far west as the main high way, 3 rods 6 feet on the south 5 rods 4 feet on the north bounded on either side by the highway.
West of the highway Nathaniel Starbuck and Nathaniel Coffin share 22 rods on the south side and 20 rods on the north
Then John Coleman's share westwards 7 rods on either side, James Coffin junior's share 7 rods on either side. Richard Gardner and partners extending ot the west end of the lots 10 rods 6' on the north, 11 rods 6 feet on the south - most of the pieces marked by boundary stones
