1 - Mortgage. Recites lease or release 22 July 1756 and 23 July 1756 - Thomas Colby's marriage settlement. Lease and release 1 and 2 March 1780 creating an entail in John Colby. Death of John Colby - Thomas Colby the younger his heir and settlement on Anne Esther and Jane. Consideration: £300 Premises: Messuage, tenement and lands called Tymawr, parish of Llanvihangel Penbedw formerly held by David Rees yeoman John Samual yeoman, John Lloyd yeoman and James David yeoman and now held by John Jenkins. To hold for £500 years. Redemption: £7-10 on 26 February 1790 and £307-10 on 29 August 1790. 8 seals, signatures of the 7 parties. Witnessed
