1 - Mortgage. Recites lease or release 22 July 1756 and 23 July 1756 - Thomas Colby's marriage settlement. Lease and release 1 and 2 March 1780 creating an entail in John Colby. Death of John Colby - Thomas Colby the younger his heir and settlement on Anne Esther and Jane. Consideration: £300 Premises: Messuage, tenement and lands called Tymawr, parish of Llanvihangel Penbedw formerly held by David Rees yeoman John Samual yeoman, John Lloyd yeoman and James David yeoman and now held by John Jenkins. To hold for £500 years. Redemption: £7-10 on 26 February 1790 and £307-10 on 29 August 1790. 8 seals, signatures of the 7 parties. Witnessed

Bequests to his son David, daughters Mary wife of Reverend James Davies, Margaret wife of John Jones, Sarah wife of Titus Williams, Elinor wife of William Richards, Elizabeth, Martha, son Thomas. 13 - Statutory Release (with plan). Recites Mortgage 5 and 6 April 1841 and assignment April 1844. Assignment of mortgage 4 April 1844 above releases under the settlement and to break the entail and free the premises from incumbances. Consideration: £2400 to (1). £2850 to (2). Premises: Messuages called Tymawr alias Tymawr nant adan and Boncathissa and 2 strips of land intermixed with the farm of Tymawr given 28 February 1815 by Mary Lloyd of Bronwydd, Cardiganshire, widow and Thomas Lloyd of Kilrhue, Pembrokeshire, esquire to Philip Jenkins in exchange for lands mixed with theirs in the parish of Llanfihangel Penbedw and the Chapelry of Colman Penbedw and all John Jenkins share and interest in all the titles from the lands.
